xx666 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern the relationship between xx666 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the xx666 platform available at xx666.bid and any associated mobile, web, or application-based services operated under the xx666 brand.

By creating an account on xx666, depositing funds, placing any wager, or accessing any feature of the platform — including but not limited to live casino games, sports betting markets, slot games, Mines Grand, Circle, and VIP programme services — you unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the xx666 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Platform" means the xx666 website (xx666.bid), all associated games, betting markets, account management systems, and customer support infrastructure.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the xx666 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in a Player's xx666 Account, including real-money funds and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or cashback amounts credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Real-Money Funds" means PKR deposited by a Player from their own personal funds through an approved payment method.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game entry made using Account funds on any game or market offered on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before full account access and withdrawal privileges are granted.
• "Prohibited Territories" means jurisdictions in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• "VIP Programme" means the xx666 loyalty programme comprising Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond tiers, each providing defined cashback and benefit entitlements.

To register and maintain an xx666 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement and is non-negotiable under any circumstance.
• You are registering as an individual, on your own behalf, using your own personal funds for any deposits.
• You hold a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification document that can be submitted for KYC verification when requested.
• You are not a resident of or located in a Prohibited Territory at the time of registration or any subsequent use of the Platform.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the xx666 Platform or had an Account permanently closed for violation of these Terms.
• You are acting in your own personal capacity and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Each individual may hold only one (1) xx666 Account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your xx666 Account. This responsibility extends to any access that occurs through your login credentials, whether authorised by you or otherwise. You must:

• Keep your xx666 login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential and never share them with any third party.
• Notify xx666 support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• Ensure that all personal information provided during registration and any subsequent updates is accurate, current, and complete.
• Not allow any other individual, including family members residing in the same household, to access or use your Account.
• Not use any software, script, bot, or automated tool to access or interact with the Platform in any manner not explicitly authorised by xx666.

xx666 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials or from any unauthorised access that results from your own negligence in safeguarding your login information.

xx666 is required by its international gaming licence obligations and anti-money-laundering (AML) protocols to verify the identity and age of all Account holders. KYC verification may be requested at registration, before the first withdrawal, or at any point during the Account lifecycle at xx666's discretion.

Documents accepted for KYC verification include: a valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), a valid Pakistani passport, or another government-issued photo identification document acceptable to xx666. Proof of address and source of funds documentation may additionally be requested for Accounts exhibiting high transaction volumes or other risk indicators.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by xx666 may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges or, in cases of extended non-compliance, Account closure. xx666 reserves the right to hold Account balances pending satisfactory KYC completion.

xx666 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, SadaPay, Meezan Bank Transfer, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without advance notice.

Minimum Deposit: PKR 100 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions; PKR 500 for bank transfer methods. Cryptocurrency deposit minimums are displayed in the Cashier section at the prevailing PKR/USDT exchange rate.
Minimum Withdrawal: PKR 500 for mobile wallet withdrawals; PKR 1,000 for bank transfers. Withdrawal requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
Processing Times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 2–8 business hours. Diamond VIP tier players receive prioritised processing as a standard account benefit.

All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — payments made by another individual on your behalf — are strictly prohibited and may trigger an AML investigation, Account suspension, and return of funds to the originating payment account.

xx666 reserves the right to apply withdrawal verification procedures including requesting additional documentation for large withdrawal requests. Withdrawal requests that fail verification will be returned to the Account Balance pending resolution.

• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in PKR at the prevailing conversion rate for cryptocurrency transactions.
• xx666 does not charge fees on standard PKR deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before they contribute to eligible withdrawal amounts.
• xx666 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests pending ongoing security or fraud investigations.

xx666 offers various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and VIP tier benefits. Each promotion is governed by specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented. The following general bonus terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Unmet wagering requirements result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds upon expiry.
• Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in individual promotion terms.
• xx666 reserves the right to verify that bonus eligibility criteria are met before crediting any promotional offer.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Account, per household, and per device or IP address.
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts, shared devices, shared addresses, or coordinated betting strategies constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and potential Account closure.
• xx666 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes do not affect bonuses already credited and in active use, subject to any applicable fraud investigation rights.

All games available on the xx666 Platform — including live casino games, slots, Mines Grand, Circle, and any other game titles — are operated under rules specific to each game as displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xx666 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Use of any automated betting system, bot, script, or software that interacts with the Platform without genuine manual player input.
• Exploitation of any software errors, glitches, or display anomalies to gain a financial advantage. Winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be removed from the Account Balance.
• Collusion with other players or with any xx666 employee to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Any form of cheating, including card manipulation, chip fraud, or falsification of game outcomes.
• Placing wagers that xx666 determines, at its reasonable discretion, to be structured specifically to exploit bonus terms rather than to participate in genuine gaming activity.

In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during an active game session, the outcome of the wager in progress at the time of the failure will be determined by the game server's records, which shall be considered definitive. xx666's decision on disputed outcomes is final and binding, subject to the complaints procedure described in Section 17.

Sports betting markets on xx666 — including cricket (PSL, Pakistan bilateral series, T20 internationals, ICC events), football, UFC, and other sports — are subject to the following general rules in addition to any market-specific rules displayed within the betting interface:

• All bets are accepted and settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. xx666 reserves the right to void any bet accepted at manifestly incorrect odds due to system error.
• In-play wagers are accepted subject to market availability. xx666 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any in-play market during a live sporting event.
• Bets on events that are abandoned, postponed, or not completed within a specified period may be voided and stakes returned to the Account Balance, subject to individual sport rules.
• Cricket bets, including PSL match betting, are settled based on officially declared results from the relevant governing body (PCB or ICC). Results from unofficial sources are not accepted.
• xx666 reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void any bet from any player at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected match manipulation or unusual betting patterns.
• Maximum payout limits per event, per market, and per Account may apply as specified within the betting interface.

All content on the xx666 Platform — including but not limited to the xx666 brand name and logo, website design and layout, game interfaces, graphics, text, promotional materials, and software — is the proprietary property of xx666 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the xx666 Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any xx666 content or software for any commercial or non-personal purpose without the express written consent of xx666.

xx666 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing Pakistani players with the tools they need to keep gaming a safe and enjoyable form of entertainment. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps in your Account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds per session, day, week, or month.
• Reality Checks: Set periodic reminders showing your session duration and net gaming result.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily exclude your Account for a period of your choosing (minimum 6 weeks) or permanently close your Account. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion — including by opening a new Account — constitutes a breach of these Terms.

xx666's Player Welfare team monitors Account activity for indicators of problem gambling and may proactively contact Players who exhibit patterns consistent with gambling harm. If you believe your gambling is out of your control, we encourage you to use the self-exclusion tool immediately and contact our support team in English or Urdu via live chat at any time.

xx666 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at xx666.bid/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during the Account registration and KYC process — including your name, date of birth, CNIC or passport details, address, and payment information — is used for the purposes of identity verification, AML compliance, service delivery, and, where consented to, marketing communications. xx666 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data sharing with third parties is limited to licensed KYC verification providers, payment processors, and game studio partners strictly as necessary for platform operation.

xx666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity involving the Account.
• Suspected use of the Account by an individual under the age of 21.
• Bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated betting tools, or exploitation of software errors.
• A valid court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.
• Voluntary closure requested by the Account holder.

In the event of Account closure due to a Player's breach of these Terms, xx666 reserves the right to retain any balance remaining in the Account as a consequence of the breach, without any obligation to refund Real-Money Funds, except where refund is required by applicable law or regulatory directive. In cases of Account closure not attributable to a Player's breach — including voluntary closure by the Player — remaining Real-Money Funds will be returned to the Player through a verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe following KYC completion.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xx666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if xx666 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

xx666's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit xx666's liability for death or personal injury caused by xx666's negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which xx666 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the xx666 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through informal negotiation via xx666's customer support channels.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body as designated by xx666's licensing authority. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending final resolution of a dispute.

xx666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons, in which case changes may take effect immediately upon publication.

Continued use of the xx666 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after amendments have taken effect shall constitute binding acceptance of the revised Agreement.

The version of these Terms published at xx666.bid/terms-conditions on any given date constitutes the current binding version. Earlier versions are archived and available upon request to xx666 support.

If a complaint cannot be fully resolved within five business days, xx666 will provide a status update and an estimated resolution timeline.
